Mar de China House is a contemporary villa designed to feel quiet, refined, and effortlessly livable. Recognized as a BLT Built Design Awards 2025 Winner (Interior Design – Houses), the project embodies a calm, minimalist language where elegance comes from proportion, light, and material honesty. The design builds a seamless relationship between inside and out: the Mediterranean landscape becomes part of the interior, enhanced through panoramic windows that flood the spaces with daylight. A façade and material palette of travertine and wood supports continuity — warm, tactile, and timeless. Inside, clean lines and neutral tones create a serene base that allows owners to add personality without competing with the architecture. The layout is planned for an optimal balance between functionality and style, with an emphasis on low-maintenance durability for long-term comfort.
